Kylie joined EJUSA in 2019 to support the Wyoming Campaign to End the Death Penalty coalition by implementing strategies to educate the public and foster support for death penalty repeal. Before joining EJUSA, Kylie worked at the Wyoming Department of Education as the Education Program Specialist to the Wyoming State Board of Education. Kylie also has experience as a legal assistant and lobbyist. She earned a bachelor's in political science and philosophy from the University of Wyoming.
